Pilzsuppe:
Für die Champignonsuppe zuerst Pilze in Scheiben
schneiden und zwei große Kartoffeln würfeln.
Kartoffeln garen und zu einem dünnen Brei verarbeiten. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch anschwitzen, Pilze dazu geben und dünsten, dann eine Fleisch -oder Gemüsebrühe angießen. Würzen mit :
Salz, Pfeffer, Majoran, ein wenig scharfen Paprika und etwas helle Misopaste. Nun alles zusammen fügen
und etwas Sahne unterrühren. Petersilie kommt oben
