Den Spitzkohl in feine Streifen schneiden und mit Salz etwas weich stampfen. Später marinieren mit „Essig, Öl, Pr. Zucker, Pfeffer. Ein Hühnerbein knusprig braten. Pilze in Scheiben schneiden, braten und eine Rahmsoße zubereiten. Dazu gab es noch einen Kartoffelstampf.
