Folienkartoffeln,Tzatziki und Tomatensalat
Große Kartoffeln zweimal einschneiden und etwas Öl darüber träufeln. Grobes Salz darauf streuen und in Silberfolie einpacken. Bei etwa 180° Umluft in Ofen garen. Dazu gibt es einen leckeren Tzatziki mit viel Knoblauch, Dill einer frischen Gurke , Salz, Pfeffer und griechischem Joghurt. Ein leckerer Tomatensalat rundet das wohlschmeckende, vegetarische Essen ab. So schmeckt der Frühling leicht und bekömmlich.
