Kartoffelsuppe mit Schinkenwürfel
Diese köstliche Kartoffelsuppe, die man gern an kühlen Tagen verspeist ist schnell und einfach zu kochen. Kartoffel zerteilen und garen. Nebenher Suppengemüse mit Zwiebeln und Knoblauch klein schneiden und ebenfalls garen. Die gekochten Kartoffeln mit kräftiger Brühe angießen, würzen mit Salz und Pfeffer sowie Majoran und Liebstöckel. Dann alles fein verrühren, etwas Kochsahne daran geben. Das Gemüse darunterheben und einige der gebratenen Schinkenwürfel und Petersilie sind das Topping
