Chicoree und Birnen zerteilen, etwas Zitronen darüber träufeln und etwas ruhen lassen. Nach einer Weile in eine Form sortieren, würzen mit Salz, Pfeffer etwas scharfem Paprika, darauf die Birnenscheiben legen und alles mit Honig beträufeln. ein paar Tropfen Nussöl darauf geben, einige restlichen Trauben kommen noch dazu. Bei 180° im Ofen garen bis alles gar ist. Dazu gab es Reis.
