Rosenkohlauflauf mit Petersiliensauce
Zubereitung: Einen Pfannkuchenteig herstellen. Eier verrühren und mit Mehl und Milch zu einem sämigen Teig verrühren. Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat , Zitronenabrieb und Petersilie sowie geriebenen Käse dazu geben, in eine Auflaufform füllen und die Rosenkohlröschen dazu geben . Käse darüberstreuen und ein wenig Semmelmehl, zuletzt noch Butterflöckchen darauf verteilen, bei 180° Umluft ca. 35-40 Minuten backen . Dazu gab es eine kleine Petersiliensoße.
