Zucchini auf Salzzitronenpolenta
Zubereitung:Für die Polenta (eigene )Gemüsebrühe zum Kochen bringen,etwas Olivenöl dazu geben und den Maisgrieß einrühren und bei kleiner Hitze etwa 10 Min.quellen lassen.Nun den geriebenen Parmesan unterrühren.Würzen mit:Salz,Pfeffer,Lorbeer,Knobi,Zhug und Salzzitrone(Saft und Frucht).
Zucchini in Längsstreifen schneiden und in Olivenöl braten.Salzen und pfeffern. Alles schön übereinander in einer Schale anrichten und einige Erdnüsschen darüber streuen.Obenauf kommt noch etwas Grünes wie hier:Basilikum.
