Das schon fertig gew\u00fcrzte Hackfleisch,ein Rest, (angereichert mit<br \/>\nBulgur, gehackten Mandeln und einer gehackten, gesch\u00e4lten<br \/>\nTomate) f\u00fcllen. Im Ofen bei 180\u00b0 zugedeckt 20 Min. schmoren.<br \/>\nDann etwas Creme Fraiche mit Salzzitrone und einigen Gew\u00fcrzen<br \/>\nwie Salz, Pfeffer, wenig Chili und Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern vermischen<br \/>\nund angie\u00dfen. Weiter etwa 15 min. im Ofen schmoren, noch etwas Parmesan<br \/>\nauf die die Gurken reiben und am Ende alles noch etwas br\u00e4unen.<br \/>\nFrischen Dill dar\u00fcber zupfen, ebenso noch einige Oliven dar\u00fcber verteilen.<br \/>\nTzatziki mit Gurke (gut ausdr\u00fccken) Knoblauch, Oliven\u00f6l,<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer, Pr. Zucker, Oregano, Schmand, Joghurt und<br \/>\nordentlich Dill zubereiten.<br \/>\nDen Tomatensalat mit einem Dressing aus Balsamico, Schalotten,<br \/>\nSalz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Oliven\u00f6l und
