1 Handvoll Datteln,300gr Weizenmehl, 3 Teelöffel Backpulver, 100gr. Rohrzucker, 2 El Honig, 1 Ei , 300ml Buttermilch, 8oml Öl, 1 Tl Vanilleextrakt
Alles zusammen mischen und verrühren, Datteln kleinschneiden, daruntermischen und in die Förmchen verteilen. bei 180° O/U Hitze 25-30 Minuten backen.
